TIPS TO PREVENT WHITE HAIR

When the roots of your hair stop producing melanin, your hair loses color and turns grey or white. Since hair consists of dead cells, once grey or white hair is formed it cannot be changed. The age at which a person’s hair becomes white depends on hereditary factors, but diet, lifestyle and stress can also cause premature greying.
Most people would start to grow significant strands of white hair during their 30s and 40s. It embarrasses them but they can no longer ignore the problem. Many people start to dye their hair but that is not a lasting solution. Although there is no harm in getting your hair dyed, but there is nothing like naturally flawless black hair.

#Walk early morning on wet grass bare foot.
