Whether you work from home or you’re still in school, chances are that you like many people today who own a smartphone, are using apps on a daily basis. This might only be useful to those who live in the region, but Google’s basic app for alerting users to details about the public transport system in the Delhi area should be quite useful for residents of the city. The niche of this app is that users can access public transport information for the Delhi Metro and Bus systems while offline, but an added feature of notifications on delays and news about the transit systems (internet required) makes for a little extra “something special.” You can use the app to plan routes or just look up scheduling for upcoming transit times, or utilize a number of other features.
This is Verizon’s recently launched go90 video app, which lets you stream and watch videos over a collective of different content types like the Daily Show, reality TV and others. Aside from just watching stuff, you can take any video you view and cut specific parts of the video out to share with other users, friends, or family so they can all experience the things you feel are worth sharing. The app is usable by any US carrier subscriber, but Verizon states that some content is limited to Verizon customers only
This is really only useful for coaches or other people/teams that stand on the sidelines for sports, but if you fall into that category this can be one useful tool to have. It lets you connect up multiple devices to one host device so everyone can view what the host is recording, with multiple playback options and editing tools to view every angle of every play during a game.
Adobe has been putting more and more of their apps and services on Android lately, and one of the most recent additions is Adobe Capture CC, which lets you basically extract colors from photos in your gallery or photo’s you take with the camera to create unique and personalized color pallets for use with Adobe’s other apps. More than that though, Capture CC also lets you convert images or other things like drawing into vector graphics, and you can use it to take your pictures and transform them into brushes. All of the creations can be used in other Adobe apps like Photoshop Cc and Illustrator CC.
